Pros
The company repair laptops for Apple, Dell, Lenovo, maybe it's decent place for start for most people. the job is relatively easy and do not require a lot of physical activity. people mostly are nice.
Cons
The leadership team (i.e supervisors and lower management) do not care about work environment, and I can say they cause a toxic envinment, there are a lot of favoritisms and special treatments. mostly only people from specific ethnic will be able to get promoted., or instance they will give alot of hours for spesific people and you have to leave early, without any valid reason. any critisim will result in rude answer from managment or HR, and soon you will be terminated.
