Absolutely nothing, they make you angry every day

Cons

Management is unprofessional and creates an aggressive atmosphere. They recently denied me a raise over two emergency absences from six months ago, even though I notified them at the time. Employees are treated with little respect, and the company acts as if our time and well-being don’t matter.

Independence, sufficient pay, lenient if you need to go home because of X.

Cons

Cut hours all the time, so many rumors about the management, they will try to intimidate you. No advancements. Supervisor got a slap on the wrist for harassing another employee.
