      Good company if you work hard

      Pros

      This is a good company to work for if you work hard and are results driven. If you want an easy job, this is not the place to apply because you will be pushed to excel constantly and may not always get the praise you deserve (if you do well). A good intro company with room to grow.

      Cons

      Not enough employee appreciation, impractical expectations depending on what department you work in, employee compensation is low.

      Work/life balance very chill and good fellow workers, only monday through friday, ocassional weekends if work is high, no dress code is required

      Cons

      No room for advancement or anything even with degree and experience unless they like you.

      Pros

      Co-workers can be helpful depending on the department you work in. Some departments however can be very political. I was fortunate to work in a very supportive department for 90% of my career at CTS, unfortunately my new boss is narcissist and a fraud. lucky for me Ill be out soon.

      Cons

      If you're not lucky you could end up working for one of the few inept Managers at CTS, but even you don't you will still be forced to deal with all the drama and chaos they kick up to defect from their own gross incompetence. My manager often speaks without thought or actual knowledge of the topic. He speaks with or without valuable input it doesn't matter because if it blows up and it will, this will cause a problem not for him but you if you end up working for him.
