      The experience you get and the people you meet here are probably the only pros

      Cons

      Management changes things constantly and has a habit of asking workers to do work that is above their pay grade with no intention of giving them raises

      Great People, Bad pay

      Pros

      - Great people to work with - My supervisor was great. Can't speak for others. - When their is a lot of work you can get a lot of overtime. It seems like that is only in the Summer but this year feels like their won't be as much as last year.

      Cons

      - Not the best pay - You get raises based on your efficiency. If you increase in a pay tier but then can't maintain it, you get written up. - In the Summer there was a lot of work so plenty of hours and overtime. Every other month I was struggling to make 40hrs a week. You have to work and extra day in order to manage that.
