      - Easy to learn - Training provided - 15 minute breaks - Occasional holiday celebrations - Plenty of overtime provided - Clear daily objectives

      Cons

      - Low pay - Fast paced - low incentives (hard work isn't rewarded) - parking - 30 minute lunch window - little to basically no health benefits

      Stressful with High Turnover

      Pros

      Opportunity for overtime. Looks good on resume. You will learn how to disassemble& repair laptops.

      Cons

      Medical insurance expensive and lackluster. Very incompetent management & executives. High workload, low pay, and pitiful management from the top down. Consistent scapegoating between 3rd-shift and day shift. Feels like lower-management has to beg to get even the most basic, business essential request fulfilled. Trainer described company as "Old-mans yacht money", veteran technician views CSAT as "a cesspool".

      Poor work culture

      The employees that follow the rules, come to work, show up in time are great to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible work culture. High attrition rate. Poor communications from HR. HR oversteps and micro-manages production. No support from HR to deal with problematic employees.
