      Highly recommend to anyone just starting out in Tech

      Pros

      Perfect place to get your foot in the door. Most of the positions are entry-level jobs with no experience required, so again, great for people who are just starting out. They invest a lot in the training and make it easy to ask for help as needed. You don’t have to be afraid to reach out to management with questions. They don’t fire people for not knowing what to do, but they will get rid of people who would rather mess up than just ask a simple question.

      Cons

      Limited upward mobility. When you’re ready to move up, you have to move on…. Unless you’re one of the lucky ones who’s around when a spot opens up. But from my experience, that was pretty rare.

      Good place if you can fix 10 to 20 laptops in a day with no problem

      Pros

      HR department is very professional, I believe it is a different company

      Cons

      Drug test at the interview. Also, if you fix no more than 10 computers a day, you will get talked to a lot by supervisors regarding your performance, EVEN if you are working nonstop, avoiding distractions and conversation with others, and disregarding lunch to focus on work.

      I have nothing but good things to say about CSAT Solutions

      Pros

      The company is great, but it’s really the people that make it such an amazing place to work. My coworkers are exceptional people and everyone is immensely skilled in computer hardware repair. But don’t worry, because even if you don’t know much, the training is great and management is more than willing to offer as much support as you need. The pay isn’t amazing, but there’s plenty of opportunity to move up within the company and they’re pretty good about conducting annual reviews on time and giving raises to people who deserve it. My pay increased more than I was expecting this year and I’m excited to see where I’m at come next year (I still expect to be in the company, but hopefully in a managerial position or at least on the path to a managerial position). The sky’s the limit at CSAT. I can’t recommend it enough as far as employers go!

      Cons

      There’s a decent amount of turnover because it’s one of those entry level jobs that once you reach a certain point you either want to stay with the company and work your way up, or find something more challenging elsewhere.
