      Pros

      The work environment at CSAT is very professional. Management is respectful of their employees, and just expect that we’re equally respectful back. There’s never any cursing, name-calling, or yelling to get things done. You think that would go without saying, but trust me… I’ve worked in places where all three of those things were the norm.

      Cons

      The ERP system needs to be updated ASAP.

      Lots of diversity; They definitely don’t discriminate

      Pros

      Application process is easy and open to everyone. They don’t just hire people of all genders and backgrounds, but all experience levels too. Even if you have no tech experience whatsoever, they’re willing to take you on because the training is so good that almost no one has a hard time catching on.

      Cons

      The salary is definitely a starting wage. They’re good about raises, but you have to toe the line. If you’re not one to follow rules or you’re just really forgetful, it might not be the right fit for you.

      Pros

      a little experience opening and putting together computers If you wanna make 12 an hour forever this is your place

      Cons

      They promise you a raise and never give it They work you like a slave in a sweat shop No room for advancement Training is sucks. If you are new to this stuff its going to be hard. I had to retrain so many new people. The benefits suck If you a decent check you have to work 60 hours, that's only if they allow you OT for that week
