They’re great about giving you time off when you need it and management is very respectful of holidays, and not just the traditional ones, but cultural ones as well. OT is always an option, but it’s never expected or forced on you. Even though I don’t make my own schedule, I feel like it’s built to work around my life instead of the other way around.

Cons

The bathroom situation needs to be addressed. Too few bathrooms for too many employees isn’t good.
