Hours were suuuuper flexible, you could work whenever you needed to Seems ideal for students or single parents with hectic schedules? Cool coworkers Decent pay considering how easy I found the work

Cons

I personally didn’t vibe w management, I left after being offered a higher position elsewhere

Stuck in a training room until someone on the line gets fired, quits or dies. The place feels like a sweat shop

Pros

The people at this job are wonderful. The slackers come and go, but most of the employees follow the rules, come to work on time, and are fun to work with. They make the job enjoyable, and they’re the main reason I work hard at this company. It’s not always easy work and the hours are long, but working with friends makes the time go by quickly. I’m not even that outgoing. I’m definitely an introvert and kind of awkward, but the people here accept you for who you are and make you feel comfortable being yourself. Even if the job isn’t always super fun, I’m happier here than I’ve been at a lot of previous companies.

Cons

High turnover rate of people who don’t want to work hard or are expecting an easy job.
