Pros
I really don’t understand how anyone could possibly complain about working here. From my perspective, what you see is what you get. The company doesn’t try to pretend they’re something they’re not and they certainly don’t try to pretend like your job is anything it isn’t. They tell you right off the bat exactly what they expect from you and what you can expect from them. The work is straightforward and simple, so if you can just follow directions there’s no reason you should have any issues there. You’re mostly focused on your own work, so you don’t have to depend on others to get your work done. You clock in at the beginning of the day and clock out at the end. When you’re on the company’s time, you’re working. When you’re not, you’re not. Some of these reviews on here try to make it seem like people were hoodwinked, but that only makes me think that they weren’t paying attention during the hiring process. They lay it all out for you during the interviews. If you don’t like your paycheck 2 months in, I think it’s dishonest to turn around and complain on the internet about how unfair it is. It isn’t unfair. You know what you signed up for. You’re an adult. No one made you take the job. I think some people feel like they’re above the work they do, and if that’s the case, they don’t need more money. They need a reality check because no one applies for a job they’re overqualified for.

I don’t have any complaints. I know what I signed up for and I’m happy with the job I have.
