      Good place to start career, not meant for Aspiring people

      Pros

      As a fresher enough time and opportunity to learn and get a feel of corporate process and culture.

      Cons

      Individual Skill is not valued, head count is more important to the management. Only senior position employees are growing and they do not allow you to grow. Technologically far behind from current industry and market. No rewards for working smart/hard. Managers favor the ones who do politics.
