      Pros

      If you want to have fun and relax, its the best place with very little or almost nil work pressure.

      Cons

      If you wish to have some learning and want to really explore your potential, this company is not for you. Even very less salary and less appraisals add to the cons list.

      Pros

      Good money and flexible hours. Convenient location as long as gas stays under $6/gal. Free coffee.

      Cons

      Managers expect you to work more time than you mark down on your time sheet which may be a violation of federal law. Oppressive amount of paperwork and silly requirements that eat into time spent actually accomplishing work.
