Relaxed environment, flexible timings. Lots of great policies and initiatives (creche, gym, education assistance policy, sabbatical policy)

Cons

Very limited growth opportunities, poor titling and compensation policies. Policies, but most are implemented at "manager discretion" so depends on your luck ; if you don't get a good manager you don't have access to the benefits laid out per policy. 9.5 hr workday is a killer since the facilities are mostly away from the city and involve a long commute
