      I have had the worst experiences in this company. Did not get hike for 3 years. Snd what ever that was given was taken back as variable pay which results to working for free for 3 years. Your rating only depends on your Manager. If he has a good impression on u get hike. It doea not matter if you have worked hard and results count.. Simply to put . only the managers puppy will get gud hike.

      Good work environment, There is no micro management done by managers

      Now a days going in loss They dint even give variable pay to employees this year Heard some other company is acquiring 1 part of this company

      Horrible for entry level associates

      Pros

      Above average pay for an entry level position out of college. They have some big clients but struggling to get more projects

      Cons

      - no on-boarding process - no training - no mentoring - no work life balance - no "development path" for entry level associates, all lies. - no one takes you seriously - cost cutting so pretty much everyone is slowly getting laid off to make their numbers look good. If you are a recent grad, find a place that allows you to get a good foundation. This is not the place. I've paid the price for it.
