      Don't come in without good Domain expertise or you will be experimented with. Dont expect management to be predictable

      Pros

      Good Brand Name. Ethics at its highest level(only from the employee side) Good set of online resources.

      Cons

      Satisfaction depends highly on immediate management. Management has gone back on its words and CTC payment it promised during entry. If u are willing to go the extra miles...U would be asked to cross a interstate Highway. For women, Maternity rules and holidays has become stringent. Very Poor Transport.(will be taken all around the city). Clients are very important..Employees not that much. Be ready to work on weekend and stringent holiday policy.

      Pros

      Work-life balance, not too much of work pressure. Good cafeteria, day care center and gym.

      Cons

      Salary raise and promotions very difficult. HR is not good in relocating people across projects. Not given the right oppurtunity for people to grow.

      job security and good work environment and good peers and support from and big organization and among top companies in there domain

      Cons

      not very good with compensation packages and in doing hikes. attrition rate is increasing and the higher management doing cost cutting
