Its an MNC, so you get all the basic facilities here.

Cons

There is no proper Career Development Program. The Management hardly cares about your career, they are just busy counting the billing hours.

Meritocracy, open, honest and a cultured organisation. Its a large organisation, with tons of experienced people and domain experience.

Cons

Being a 50 year old IT company, they need to realign themselves. Some of the policies that worked in the past need a little tweaking.
