Pros
Big company and allowed to purchase additional holidays.
Cons
A lot of unnecessary stress with redundancies ongoing for more than 5 years. The leadership team dont have a credible vision. The company has been lurching from one idea to the next without making real headway. Ideas from the knowledge workers are not listened to and overall it feels like a few people at the top trying to squeeze as much out of the company as they can while it is still afloat. The hero culture is rewarded but doing the right thing is not.
