CSC was an excellent place to start a career and learn real world experience. They were also very flexible with the work schedule.

Cons

Most of the work is maintenance on a code base that is 40 years old. More interested in making money then producing a quality product.

Have been in company for 2+ years. good compensation,policies.Flexible work structure.Good starting salary

Cons

Many employee benifits and initiatives have been cut in the last 1 year.Being in bench is very risky. Not very much salary hike.Lot of cost cutting taking place.Politics same as in any other company No learning and career advancement oppurtunities.Very confused about company restructuring process and it is unnecessary too
