The managers are liars. They make up fake survey results to win awards. They make promises when you get hired and then change or forget the promises after you accept the job. The VP's spend their time fighting with each other and stabbing each other in the back. The employees are just pawns in their games.
The VP's are spending their money on a new building in Wilmington that's costing more than $50million and paying for it by cutting salaries, eliminating bonuses and cutting jobs. It's sickening. The customer support people are working weekends and holidays to finish processing (many of them earn just above minimum wage) and all of the profits go to the VP's to pay for their vacation homes, boats, horse ranches and vacations to Europe. It's disgusting.
