Good freedom toward from home.

Cons

Upper management insist in maintaining a culture where internal areas collide, boundaries between the practices are unclear and rules of engagement promotes internal competition. Seams like the entire management team likes to manage by conflict.

If you like challenges CSC will challenge you with demanding and tough assignments. Pay is normally above market rate. No bonus under director. Don't worry Directors do not get bonuses anyway.

Cons

You will have no support. Manager will stab you in back. Management thinks of employees as pieces of dirt and not human. You will ride coach if you have to fly - even to Australia regardless of your title. You will use your own mobile phone, managers hate their employees. Benefits are horrible. 75% of US staff have a $4000-$6000 health insurance deductible.
