The team bonding is really good. In some projects the management is good too. So, if you want to join CSC India, make sure the management is not Indian. Work they give you is good, but the way they manage the work is bad.

Cons

Growth is completely dependent on the the mental level of your superiors. If they are good and understanding, you'll grow very fast. If they are ancient and micro-managers(which is a normal case), you growth is shunted.
