Work-life balance is good most of the times. For the most part, management is good and cooperative. The kind of work really depends upon the account/client you are working for. Good to work if you have a visa.

Cons

Less wage and growth potential. Increasingly degrading due to continuous re-org and . Most of the pro-employee policies have been dropped. HR is good for nothing.
