No pension plans, pay is below average for geographic area, lay-offs can happen any time and all the time, management is usually promoted within and are usually not trained or experienced in managing people.

Working with a lot of talented individuals.

Cons

Expectations from management too high, it is not your 9-5 job. Everyone is coming very early, way before 8am and last meeting would be scheduled at 5pm. There is no life/work balance as they preach:)
