Friendly and cooperative work environment (depends on teams). Gives employees flexibility in terms of work shift hours thereby, allowing good management of work life balance. Onsite opportunities are a plus.

Cons

Not too much of challenging work (again depends on teams). Promotion policies are not that good.

education for the future assignments does not exist. Easier to get rid of you then to retrain you.
