This is a large company with many business units. As an employee you get lost. I spent three and a half years working out of the DC office. Management style is outdated and out of touch. There is no way for an employee with make suggestions on improvements. You have no voice. I had an average experience up to the end when it took a turn for the worse. I became very aware that management lacks integrity. Cost of healthcare will go up 88% in January. If I had not found a new job, I was not sure how I was going to pay for healthcare, pay bills, and buy food.
