Great company - needs more leaders.

Pros

It really is a family atmosphere. I have formed some great, lifetime friendships and business alliances.

Cons

Leadership is lacking. There are good task managers but very few true leaders. Micro-managing and controlling is not leadership.

Pros

Fun culture and people! The company is very aware of what is going on in the market and is constantly looking for ways to grow. Very involved with the community and encourages each employee to make the difference by volunteering and making contributions to charities.

Cons

The company is growing so much, parking is limited. CSC has made efforts to improve parking, but it is still a struggle until CSC moves into its new location.
