Pros

The work is challenging and interesting. Remote/hybrid schedules. Coworkers are kind and there's no mandatory OT in my department.

Cons

Only tenure is valued. You won't be promoted or move around without 10+ years seniority and sometimes not even then. The pay is embarrassing, especially for the complex work we do. It takes literal years to understand the role and you're not rewarded for being an asset. Only given more work. The volume of work is high. Cases, calls and chat.
