Pros

Pros would definitely include telecommuting option for a few days a week, and the compensation isn't too bad.

Cons

Cons mainly revolve around upper mgmt training team members to become managers who are in no mental or emotional condition to manage other people. Passive Aggression, blatant lies, and horrible communication is what is being experienced currently in several IT departments!
