Pros

Set schedule, casual dress code, reasonable paid time off from day of hire, health and dental are available. Cross-training is available and encouraged. Both customer facing and non-customer facing positions within the company.

Cons

Employees are moved from one area to another with no (or little say) in the matter. Very flat organization, in career path and pay. The company is global, with many employees, but runs more like a small business in terms of benefits and pay.

Good benefits. Very casual dress code. Do not have to deal with clients. Very flexible work schedule. Allowed to work from home when necessary. Nice bonuses.

Cons

Very repetitive work. Sit at computer all day with little to no interaction with people. Lack of opportunities to advance. Low base compensation.
