      The people are nice, but there is a lot of work to be done for menial pay.

      Pros

      The people are down to earth and nice, and the schedule is relatively flexible. It's a great first job out of college, as they are willing to hire and train those just out of school.

      Cons

      The pay doesn't reflect the work you do, and they tend to "run lean", meaning there's a lot of work to go around. The leadership can be tricky, as some will hold grudges.
