There is variable pay which is never given to employees. They give Variable pay as bonus for which you need to write 1 year agreement with the organization.

Deemed unfit by several colleagues. No one stayed more than 2.5 years in my department as a developer. No one is bothered. No appreciation. Even if there's any it's hardly considerable. Managers don't care anymore. No senior developer for support. Highly frustrated teams. No personal space as one of the managers keep poking nose in what people do in their free time.
