Flexibility used to work both ways

Cons

No flexibility offered to employees, expected to work out of hour with no notice. Lip service paid to appraisal process. No chance of promotion or salary increase. Extremely low morale. Frequent redundancies.

Broad-ranging but OK benefits. The culture can vary from work location to work location, and varies based on the customer's culture. Most managers are competent.

Cons

401K matching is on the lower-side, and in only crappy CSC stock. No more pension plan. 401K is managed through a private financial firm, which offers only proprietary mutual funds. The company is heavy with management and technical team leadership.
