      Pros

      I have worked from home since 2007. The salary I have is pretty good but I have not had an increase in years.

      Cons

      Onshore employees are not valued, trained, and have not received raises in years. Policies continue to change, it seems in an attempt to push onshore employees away while at the same time asking them to take on more and more work and responsibility. I could not in good conscience refer someone to CSC. You have to decide if the misery of this company is worth the paycheck.

      Pros

      Company kept me on bench for extended periods during the recession. However the company was constantly RIFing employees. very unstable

      Cons

      No growth, too much travel, no training, no opportunity to network with other colleagues if you are travelling Mon through THursday.

      Pros

      It's a paycheck. Some good technical people, but they end being overworked, due to their knowledge and experience.

      Cons

      Employees are pigeon-holed. No incentive to go above and beyond. Very little training, except on your own time, mostly your own nickel. Company is optimized at the lowest level, which means, a decision that will save the company a million, but cost my group a thousand, I've got no incentive Currently, management is selling the company assets off, just to make quarterly results. It will work for a year, then the whole thing will collapse.
