employees just a number, no respect for individuals many years without pay increases, never a bonus, no OT policy no company sponsored training ever very few opportunities in my location and zero encouragement for career advancement or movement off of current customer accounts downsizing and off-shoring of jobs is a constant that employees need to deal with nickel and dime company due to competition among outsourcing companies, always concerned that customer will go to HP/IBM etc so always trimming costs but at the same time promising the world no exit interviews - they just don't care what you think or how things could be improved
