      Cool Work Culture , less work pressure but expect less salary hike and work politics

      Pros

      If you wish enjoy life without any improvement (e/x if you are settled), then CSC can be good option. If you expect Salary hike every year, good project assignment , no work politics then CSC is NOT the right place. Esp, if you happen to join Covansys projects, then expect even worse.

      Pros

      Brand Name, well established, good in US only. onsite salary is better compared to few other companies, provided the resource gets onsite based on his performance.

      Cons

      constant change in senior management. too many policies with lots of change every now and then. service agreement for every thing. different system based on geographical location.

      Pros

      a wonderful experience that i enjoyed thoroughly. A great workplace culture and opportunity for career progression. a satisfying experience. The management decision making was always fair and a good key performance indicatior system to ensure fair staff performance

      Cons

      i was based in the smaller branch where i felt although it was a great head office, sometime the smaller branches did not have a voice and were excluded
