Pros

People - Great people, the staff here are excellent and really try to make a difference. The projects are interesting, although too much of my job is processing paperwork that could be more easily done with computerization.

Cons

Poor Communication from Management - The communication from management could be better. Management does not seem to have a strategic objective except "profitable growth" and the tactics don't seem to equate to the strategy.

Job secured, flexi work timing its a good company to work after settling our personal life... its very shoutable who seeks for long run or term.

Cons

Managers should be trained for management of team. Employee should be placed for their known domain or else need to give training before they get into.
