Pros
I guess it is better to have a job at CSC than no job at all during these bad times. Being part of management I still get a bonus.
Cons
Salary is poor. Benefits keep getting cut. Forced to take vacation time when the company wants you to, hard to save up time. Poor matching of 401K Their idea of training is using computer training on your own time. There is no support for real learning. My bonus is not large enough. What's a pay raise? CSC is not a career, it's a temporary job until the economy improves. CSC does not want long term employees. Moral is dead. Expect more pay cuts and benefit cuts.
