Pros
They work with some of the best companies in the industry. Company employees over 80000 people in several different countries on several different continents. Company does well with diversity in the workplace. Company is competitive with salary and tends to give fair merit increases. They need to do a better job at integrating when doing mergers, specifically with the Covansys merger. Many folks from the Covansys side still feel disassociated and do not necessarily feel part of the CSC team. Also, CSC Resource Managers, specifically those from the Covansys side need to become more agressive in ensuring existing employees are kept on, and put on projects in a timely fashion
Cons
Merger with Covansys with caused some disconnects with the Covansys folks getting the short end of the stick.
