Loosing its shine...not paying good to old employees, ok to laterals
Pros
Its a good company for women, they can balance there life. Salaries are decent as compared to Indian counter parts, no variables. Pays well to laterals rather than old employees. if you are coming from outside, you can expect decent hike. Projects are stable and clients are good.
Cons
CSC used to be a dream company 3 - 4 years back. The hikes used to be decent and employee satisfaction was quite high. In the recent times the company has changed its vision. Earlier it used to hire less people from good educaitonal background, this has taken a hit in recent time. The quality of hired people (freshers and laterals) is not that good. The promotions are now delayed and salaries have very badly taken a hit, esp for those old employees who are in for sometime.
