Amazing capabilities. Lots of skilled and knowledgable staff. Seems to be a number of interesting projects. People are friendly and willing to help you.

Cons

Takes a while to figure things out. Sometimes hard to navigate the various groups in the company, who owns what and who you need to talk with about a project/opportunity. Not as diverse in age, gender, etc than companies I had been at before.
