Pros

More laughs than a Three Stooges movie. Great stories to tell after you leave - though people may think you are making it up. Technical skills not required. Business knowledge not required. Laser like focus on billing the customer for everything, anything and nothing. Nice conference rooms and offices at Corporate Headquarters. Kiss butt and do what you're told no matter how inane and you will be a director in no time. Plenty of vacant office space. No problem finding parking.

Cons

Clueless management. Process more important that accomplishment. Embarrassment. Suffocating bureaucracy. Time Entry System TES Customers (aka by management as chumps) taking out their frustrations on you. Archaic infrastructure and internal systems.

Pros

Good place to learn a lot and professional grow learning some efficient ways to get things done. They have an excellent learning center where you can learn whatever you want to learn, and grow yourself. There are a lot of excellent customers where you can get recognized and build some relationships with many great companies

Cons

The some people are treated like resources. Some resources are spread so thin it is impossible for them to complete their weekly workload
