Good clientele and manages to get challenging projects. Supportive HR and Legal department, who takes care of requests even after leaving the company.

Cons

Horrible pay structure, especially if you are on short term onsite assignments.

Not So good Company - Glimpse of 3 years in CSC

1) Work life balance 2) Onsite opportunities 3) Full of Processes

Cons

1) Salary is not up-to the market standard. 2) Most of the project's are in support. Hence there is no technical growth. And there is great saying in some of the account regarding using old technologies. We are paid by our client Not by Microsoft/Sun!! 3) Managers are pathetic they only do excel work and security guard job for employee. They will monitor you when you are going for tea/lunch. They do not believe in the efficiency of doing work. Full of politics specially in big account's. 4) No Professional attitude among company workers. Most of the old employee think that they are the godfather of the company. 5) Now a days they started firing the employees on bench.

Cons

Healthcare Benefits, Poor Management, Poor Equipment, Forced to take vacations over the last few years when convenient for the company, not for me so I have not had a real vacation in years.
