The immediate team of people I worked with were wonderful.

Cons

For the last 10 years the company has been going through constant downsizing in order to meet budgets. There has been next to no raises given since 2001. They claim that training is available however if you ask it is extremely difficult to get any training. Much of their work is being pushed to India support.
