Dreary employer, they exist to get paid for my work

They can provide a paycheck and some benefits.

Cons

No loyalty to employees whatsoever, from my perspective they are just a giant pimping organization; they get paid for the contracts that I work on and are not concerned with what I do. Aside from the usual benefits that any large technical company will provide you get nothing. No perqs.

Very good work life balance, flexibility, good culture, good location.

Cons

Not satisfactory salary, very much difference in salary for same level of employee, even lower grade employee can have good salary than high grade of employee with all same scenarios eg. same level of experience, join on same date eg through campus, same rating all time but big difference in salary.
