Pros

Great company to work for in the first half of career. Reasonable salary with opportunities to grow and move up the chain. Originally raises and bonuses were in play for those performing at or above expectations.

Cons

Since current CEO took over the employee satisfaction and appreciation has taken a dive. Multiple reductions in force and elimination of employee benefits has reduced the work force to just trying to hang on. Most of remaining work force has nothing to look forward too - no raises, growth opportunities, or bonuses.....except for those at the top of the food chain....

Pros

I have good customers to work with and for and, I like the work I do. The day goes quickly.

Cons

Medical and Prescription costs are up 40-50%. Property taxes are up 3% per year. Food is up 5-10%. My pay has zero increases over the last 3 plus years and is still down 11% from my last job of 10 years ago. The CEO has been showered with bonuses, options and awards to the tune of 23.8 million. I happen to work for a very good manager but the rest of the company has no respect for its' employees.

Pros

Strong talent and committed colleagues. Very good solutions for the marketplace. A highly innovative portfolio that can genuinely bring clients to a NextGen IT profile. Potential to be an even greater asset to the industries served. Strongest verticals are healthcare and insurance. Good training programs. Highly ethical business practices.

Cons

Top heavy, hierarchical and administratively burdened. Poor internal systems including those that organize and leverage IP. Work life balance is not a serious consideration. That is exacerbated by reducing productive workforce in lieu of reducing layers of hierarchy or administrative overhead. Too much reliance on offshoring support teams which makes it difficult and inefficient to get work done.
