      Pros

      Management doesn't micromanage they give tasks and it up to you to get It done some weeks are 10hrs of work others 65, but in end it works out

      Cons

      11th worst company to work for need i saymore? The company is in a constant state of change, huge rotation of management, no raises for years, the fat has been trimmed yet they keep pushing, the company has zero advancement.

      The worker level employees really care about their work and their customers

      Cons

      No employee stablility - cut, cut, cut to make your IC. Not even a mention of merit this year. Performance reviews are a joke, Career path? forget it, Training - yep if it meets their goals, work specific - forget about it. All that matters is stock price and "shareholder value"

      None that I can see. After 21 years this place is going downhill quick. If I were not so close to retiring I would jump ship like everyone else.

      Cons

      I have been at CSC for almost 21 years and this is the worst I have ever seen it. The are constantly taking benefits away from the employees and they try to make it sounds like a great thing. We are suppose to be 100% customer oriented but that is hard when everyone keeps jumping ship and the customers are asking why?
