- no project management process - no training or training opportunities - negative attitudes from workers - management skating thru to retirement - using languages and tools that Microsoft hasn't supported for years with no plan of updating in the next 10 years - no remote work policy - no salary increase or bonus payouts in 3-4 years according to people who've been here for 10+ years

Great place to work. Big projects and team interaction is great. You can easily get involved in projects running across the globe and have all the tools you need to do your job.

Cons

Benefits could be better. Most of them are inflexible and you end up with things which you don't need or want.
