Less work load Friendly environment Work from home facility. If you have a family and csc is giving you a decent package. It's good to join.

Cons

Promotions is uncertain Hike is not that good. Nothing more cons are there as per my knowledge.

No pros, worst company ever.

Cons

Below AVG salary, no one gets VP component of CTC. Nothing new to learn Most of the project managers are sitting on-site. No work life balance, managers want you in office for 10 hours even if don't have deliverables to work on.

Virtually no raises for 2years for myself or my staff. When it comes time to cut, often see some of the best let go
