- Professional work environment. - CMMi level 5. - Friendly colleagues and staffs. - Good infrastructure. - Provides good training courses. - Offers several good opportunities to improve career path (working abroad, researching, etc.) - Offers good benefits (MSDN subscriptions, English and professional certificate incentives, company trip, 13th salary payment, etc.). - Flexible working hours.

Cons

- Fair payment. - Does not have many good training courses for testers. - Some projects are not well-managed. - Minor bad-manner issues (communication between colleagues, between teams, etc.).

Cons

Not enough good food in the cafeteria, sometimes people need to go hungry or bring their own food. Perks were pretty perky.
