Great people in my location and we still have a good bit of freedom from CSC. Secure job and company. Good environment and working conditions.

Cons

No raises, hard to get money to buy even basic supplies. Too many 'suits'

Very less exposure to the bigger picture of what company is doing. Very less exposure in terms of travel to onsite.

salary not good, No learning for freshers. no growth. no quality work in noida office. So many processes even for small work.
